Osceola County Teacher Accused of Having Sexual Relationship with ESE Student

An Osceola County teacher was arrested Thursday after she allegedly admitted to having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.

The 23-year-old woman faces two counts of sexual battery after the 7th grader — who is in an Exceptional Student Education program — told authorities they had two recent sexual encounters in her car, according to reports.

The student told authorities about the alleged relationship on May 7. The woman resigned from her job the same day, officials said.

Authorities claim she admitted to the affair the next day in an interview with detectives.

There is no further information related to this alleged event as of now.
