A 48-year-old man accused of exposing himself at a Burger King in Ocala was charged Sunday with lewd and lascivious exhibition.
A 12-year-old boy allegedly witnessed the man performing a sexual act at the restaurant.
By the time the Ocala police arrived at the scene, the man had apparently been asked to leave the fast food chain and had walked to another restaurant in the area.
According to reports, the man was interviewed and denied the allegations.
Reports indicate that the boy confirmed the man arrested was the same man he saw in Burger King.
The man was booked into the Marion County Jail. As of Monday he was being held in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
