Family Dollar Store Manager Charged with Sexual Battery Against Customer

A manager at a Family Dollar Store in Jacksonville, Florida was arrested today for allegedly forcing himself on a customer.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, a woman shopping inside the store needed to use the bathroom, but apparently was not allowed to do so.

The woman apparently urinated on the floor.

The woman claims that the store manager took her into his office and forced himself on her.

According to a police report, the man told the woman that he would not notify the police if she agreed to perform sex acts on him.

The woman claims she refused and that the man pushed her into a chair and proceeded to sexually batter her.

The man has been charged with sexual battery.
