Four Sebring Men Arrested for Sex Related Charges in an Undercover Sting

Sebring, Florida police arrested four men on April 22, 2011 for sexual-related charges in an undercover operation at Veterans Beach near Tampa, Florida. The operation stemmed from allegations that lewd activity was occurring inside a men’s public restroom on the property.

The men arrested range in age from 52 to 70. The men face a variety of misdemeanor charges including, committing lewdness, exposing their sexual organs and soliciting for lewdness. Three of the men are accused of asking an undercover male officer to perform oral sex.

Florida law regards the exposure of sexual organs in public or on the private premises of another as unlawful.
