Florida Sex Crimes Defense Attorney :: Boca Realtor Now Faces Charges of Manufacturing Child Porn

Boca Raton, FL – A Boca area realtor charged last month with child sex abuse has recently been arrested by the FBI for manufacturing child pornography.

The 49-year-old man is accused of paying two underage girls, 15 and 17, to allow him to take nude and sexually explicit photographs of them with a tablet.

FBI agents claim he also performed oral sex on the 15-year-old girl at a BP gas station.

The case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to minimize the risk of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

If convicted, the man faces a mandatory minimum term of 15 years in prison and a maximum term of up to 30 years behind bars.

State and federal prosecutors take child pornography allegations quite seriously and will undoubtedly pursue charges against any individuals accused of possessing, manufacturing or distributing child pornography. However, it is important to understand that many innocent people are accused of and charged with crimes like these that they did not actually commit. Sex crimes of this nature carry stiff consequences that can affect a person for the rest of their life. Spending a significant amount of time behind bars is a fate no one wants to face, but being labeled a sexual offender for the remainder of your life is possibly worse. The stigma registered sex offenders must deal with makes it very difficult to lead a normal life. It can be nearly impossible to secure employment or even locate a place to live.

Sex crimes involving minors, including child pornography, require an aggressive defense in order to obtain a successful outcome.
