Palatka Man Faces 10 Counts of Child Porn

A 53-year-old Palatka man was arrested Thursday on 10 counts of possession of child pornography, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said.

A search warrant was issued for the man as a result of an investigation initiated because of alleged information received from the North Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Detectives and a SWAT team searched a home on Mango Drive on Dec. 7, where they allegedly found child pornography and arrested the man, deputies said.

Make no mistake, charges of child pornography are quite serious and must be dealt with accordingly.
