Citrus County Woman Accused of Having Sex with a Minor for the Second Time

Homosassa, FL – A 44-year-old woman was arrested earlier this month for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old Homosassa boy in July.

Earlier this year, on Aug. 21, she was arrested on the same charge.

In the most recent case, she is accused of driving a 15-year-old youth to a wooded area in Homosassa and having sex with him in her pickup truck.

The boy apparently told police that the woman brought along a witness, another minor, who also had sex with the woman that same night.

The woman was arrested at her home and read her Miranda rights. She was taken to the Citrus County jail and charged with lewd and lascivious battery of a minor.

Her bail was set at $5,000.
