Boca Realtor Now Faces Charges of Manufacturing Child Porn

Boca Raton, FL – A Boca area realtor charged last month with child sex abuse has recently been arrested by the FBI for manufacturing child pornography.

The 49-year-old man is accused of paying two underage girls, 15 and 17, to allow him to take nude and sexually explicit photographs of them with a tablet.

FBI agents claim he also performed oral sex on the 15-year-old girl at a BP gas station.

The case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to minimize the risk of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

If convicted, the man faces a mandatory minimum term of 15 years in prison and a maximum term of up to 30 years behind bars.
