Ex-Tae Kwon Do Instructor Accused of Molesting Two Girls

A former Tae Kwon Do teacher has been arrested after investigators say he molested two young girls.

The 23-year-old man is accused of molesting a six-year-old and a seven-year-old girl.

According to investigators, the alleged crime happened between 2014-2015, when the man worked at a Martial Arts studio in Seminole.

Investigators claim the girls allege the man touched them inappropriately when they were undressing and then told them to keep it a secret.

Just being accused of a sex crime and arrested can carry devastating consequences for the accused. Our Florida Child Molestation Defense Lawyers at Whittel & Melton provide aggressive legal representation to those accused of such heinous crimes. We pursue every possible avenue in order to stop arrest, avoid indictment, obtain a favorable resolution, and prevent incarceration or required registration on the Florida Sex Offender Registry. If a trial is inevitable, we prepare the strongest possible defense for the courtroom using highly qualified investigators and trusted experts.

False allegations are often made by children and these accusations must be vigorously defended. Some children with developmental, behavioral, and disciplinary issues falsely accuse individuals of molestation. Whatever the reason for these claims, we can establish a solid defense to convince prosecutors, judges and even trial juries that a child’s claim of molestation is not credible.
